Hi! I’m Jordan Lindberg.
I’m the owner of two online stores selling funeral products in the retail and wholesale markets, and I’m also a product designer, contract manufacturer, and importer. I’ve worked in and around ecommerce for over 15 years which is a long time in this racket.
I’m an ecommerce tech geek — I’m particularly fond of things like web store tech, back-end order management systems, warehouse management technologies, customer service systems, and other areas of applied technology that democratize ecommerce by creating avenues for anyone to get a real business of their own off the ground for less than a few thousand dollars.
I’m also vice-chairperson of the board of directors of eFulfillment Service, Inc., a Michigan-based order fulfillment company.
The two largest changes in online retail these days are the growing share of marketplace selling as an avenue of growth, and then the emergence of useful A.I. technology to assist in doing routine tasks.
I have an entrepreneurial interest in other start-up projects that float by my transom from time to time, including light manufacturing, importing, wholesale, and retail projects.
Before my corporate life, I spent almost ten years in higher education as a professional educator and researcher. My areas of academic specialization include epistemology, metaphysics, logic, and the history of 20th century Anglo-American philosophy.
